The 2012 edition of the Art Kontakt Festival aims to explore impressions, experiences, perspectives and senses that art is reflecting in this historic moment, as a result of global crisis.
The Festival will be a creative space where you – art enthusiasts and artists of all genres (photography, painting, video, graphics, performance, music, design etc.) can express your talent, experience, inspire each other and turn the castle of Porto Palermo and all its territory into a creative and friendly zone.
On the way to Porto Palermo, participants of the festival, artists and staff will make a stop in the wonderful tourist point of Zvernec (Vlore) and have an open conversation to promote the cultural natural values of the area in international circles.
A special section called “RiciklArt”, supported by Vodafone Albania, will be dedicated to the art of recycling.
This space will display the “DEBRIS SOUNDS” installation, made up of recyclable elements that produce music tunes.

A campsite with tents will be set up in the area with the support of the Ministry of Defense, which will also make available to the participants a first aid response.
